Day 1: Kampala to Murchison:
Begin the panoramic drive North West via Luwero triangle and Masindi Town to Murchison Falls National Park arriving in time for a picnic lunch at the spectacularly situated site at the top of the falls. From here you will continue on, taking a ferry across the river to Paraa Safari Lodge. Game viewing on the way makes your journey exciting as you look out for hippos, elephant, buffaloes and many other animals. Enjoy the superb comfort and service of Paraa Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River lodge/ Red Chili Camp.
Day 2: Game Drive and Launch trip
Enjoy a morning game drive on the northern bank where you may see elephant, lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hartebeests and many more. After lunch, proceed for a boat trip on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the falls. Enroute you will see hippos, crocodiles, water buck and a wide variety of birds like the unusual shoebill stork. Enjoy the abundant bird life, beautiful scenaries, photography and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Murchison falls to Kampala
Proceed for a forest walk in Pabidi Forest. Primates resident in this forest include red tailed monkeys, blues, red colobus and gray cheeked mangabeys.This walk is excellent for birdwatching and for seeing primates at close quarters. You will depart with packed lunch to Kampala arriving in the evening.
